The reviews are a lie

There is no way that the audio book available on audible is the same as the actual book. The narrator is not the same as the preview audio clip. It's almost like it was written in another language and the english translation is off. I bought it going off of the reviews on audible. If you go on Amazon there are zero reviews, even for the paperback. Very disappointed I wasted a credit. I never leave reviews but this is legit bs and I'd hate for anyone else to get scammed while looking for help in possibly an already vulnerable state.

This book has been very helpful.

Don't procrastinate listen a new book, go see friends,make new connections, go out to the woods and walk, learn a new skill, take your loved one on a first date, be creative, run a new venture...but Don't for 1minute Procrastinate.

Excellent book. Good supply system

Simple to understand actions, for a better understanding take notes on the terms that are new to you. This book is an amazing way to look at re-teaching your brain out of old habits. So far it has been super helpful.

Excellent Resource

Good addition to your cognitive library

I had a friend whose brain stopped working properly. He lost the power of speech though he could obviously think. This book is unbelievable. I would recommend it to everyone and anyone. It came highly recommended from a family friend and it certainly didn't disappoint.

Excellent book, very practical information

By explaining the anatomy and physiology of the brain, the book is convinces anyone to rethink their current ways. The author almost unifies the many theories and principles of psychotherapy, ancient and modern. Its an easy listen if you have a science background.

Very good info

I enjoyed listening this book. It had good exercises to help you stay positive in bad situations. I am also one who can think of many people who could use this, but that too, is a trap. So I guess I'll take their advice and start a few and see where it leads.

Nice listen! Encouraging and felt realistic.

On I was expecting more than a self help guide. Has good points would like to see more on relationships. I enjoyed this book. It's a very practical and grounded approach to freeing energy and getting refocused on what truly matters.

Interesting and fun

An interesting and fun listen. It explains step by step what to do to stop negative thinking. I really like it so far. Maybe that's why I didn't finish it because I've already experienced positive effects. I will finish listening it tho. Highly recommend.

Would highly recommend

I have really enjoyed this book. I tried to work through it slowly and assimilate each section. I still may need further listening but that is the nature of Steve books. I thank him for sharing and encouraging us on this journey called life. You soon realize there are no quick fixes. Problems have to be tackled. Books such as Rewire your mind are just tools at our disposal on this journey called life.

Have got my mind cleared yet

I used it to help me defuse my mind at work. A great way to calm myself when things are going wild. Wonderful book. Helped my anxiety. The book is about simplifying your life , relationship , etc. Basically, keep the good things. Throw the toxic things and people.

A Brilliant Instruction Manual For Your Brain!

I really enjoyed listening this book and through it was able to improve elements of my internal life. The science is solid and the audio very accessible.
