A good book for 2022 diabetes - good for men, too!

So many doctors and practitioners have not stayed up-to-date on the latest research about diabetes. This book cures that. And there are some great recipes at the end.

Reverse your diabetes

This is an excellent book for anyone dealing with disabilities. It comes equipped with meal plans, a guide on doctors scientific facts that might be harmful, and tons of crowd source wisdom to ensure a helpful process. Most diabetic books have tons of un useful information; not this book.

This book is written for the everyday person to help them get well. I like that it is speaking directly to me and not from a doctor as the info is more at my level of understanding. The tasks that I need to do are not overwhelming. Good book.

Great information

This book has amazing information on how you can get over your type two diabetes. This was very beneficial for me and I can't wait to put into practice some of the awesome action steps that this audiobook provides. I recommend!

Great information in this book!

This book really dives deep into type 2 diabetes. I’m not the biggest fans of doctors either and have heard similar stories of the one mentioned in this book about refusing to acknowledge when they are wrong. My favorite part of the book are the food suggestions in order to prevent type 2 diabetes. I’ve been trying to eat healthier recently and didn’t know where to start, but now I do. Really great how you incorporated a few recipes as well! Very informative book!

more conscious eating for sure

This book was very very informative.. Really enjoyed your ideas on how to reduce and reverse Type 2 Diabetes. I know many people who have type 2 Diabetes and this will be a must-listen.
I really liked chapter 9. it help me to understand the advantages of intermittent fasting and chapter 10 was just a bonus with the recipes.
I recommend this audiobook if you follow a keto diet or if you have type 2 diabetes.
