Good, solid and biblically based.
I liked the references to the bible and Beth's interpretations for women. I would recommend this book to any woman at any stage in her life, even if you think you are confident, this book will speak to you. It's a long book, I had to increase the speed to get through it in a timely manner, even took a break midpoint but don't that that discourage you.

Amazing! Healing Treasure for the Heart and Soul!
Thanks so much Beth Moore for curti g a path through your battles with insecurity so you could forge a trail for us. This book made me cry, journal, pray deep prayers and release my insecurities to find the healing joy the Lord had for me. And now it’s time to pass it into a fellow sister!

Awesome!
Great audiobook! I loved the fact that Beth narrated it herself! Her voice and enthusiasm always grabs my attention! I've learned so much from this book I am going start it over right now!
