Years of research categorized and summarized
When an author has spent decades researching one subject and then looks back on their work, seeking patterns and meaning by reviewing numerous case files, a reader is likely to find worthwhile information in the author's book.
This book is a great compilation of hypnotic regression explorations.
Comparing this researcher's work to others, such as Dr. Brian Weiss or Dolores Cannon, who also have put together numerous hypnotic regression cases into a series of books is even more interesting. To see the other researcher authors come up with similar cases, patterns and findings over their own years of work makes a reader think.

Great book for who is searching for what is next!
This book is great, it has a lot of information about the soul and about what is next. I would recommend to read it with an open mind and take your time. Read the first book first so this one makes more sense.

Narration flow & over all great info!
I found the case studies to be very informative and helpful in validating many of my own experiences.
The flow of the narration each time I would listen to audio took getting used to when narration would jump back and fourth between “very delineated” “Subject” .... “Dr. N.” ....
Again found the case studies and overall aspect of author and information very informative and helpful.
