Publisher's summary
When you choose to become unfiltered and unafraid, YOUR LIFE WILL CHANGE.
Looking at Rachel Luna today, you would never guess what she has been through. Both her parents died from AIDS, she survived a cancer diagnosis that upended her life, and she served for a decade in the United States Marine Corps. However, with every challenging experience, Rachel noticed herself becoming a more watered down version of her true self, questioning her every thought, decision, and action, and filtering each through the expectations of other people. She finally had a revelation: her life would stay the same until she became radically honest with herself and others.
In Permission to Offend, certified master coach Rachel Luna reveals her “Permission Slips” for living in truth, faith, freedom, and abundance. She delivers actionable steps for ending validation addiction, recognizing your values and anchoring your life in them, defining your beliefs, accepting rejection, and activating your truth. Rachel introduces her Offender Identity Framework so you can get more of what you want without losing what matters most.
If you have ever wondered what it would feel like to live completely unfettered by the opinions and judgments of others, Permission to Offend is for you. It’s time for you to step out of the corner and into the light.
This book will show you how.

Story
Fatal conveniences are the toxic products we routinely use and the unhealthy things we do that our culture and corporations have made us believe are safe and necessary for living well and efficiently. These things—from deodorant, cosmetics, dental floss, and sunscreen to laundry detergent, air fresheners, carpets, and crayons to candles, tea bags, cell phones, and chewing gum—are ubiquitous in daily life . . . and they are wreaking havoc on our health and our planet.

Story
When Miss Norma was diagnosed with uterine cancer, she was advised to undergo surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy. But instead of confining herself to a hospital bed for what could be her last stay, Norma - newly widowed after nearly seven decades of marriage - rose to her full height of five feet and told her doctor, "I'm 90 years old. I'm hitting the road." Packing what she needed, Norma took off on an unforgettable cross-country journey with three professional nomads - her retired son, Tim; his wife, Ramie; and their standard poodle, Ringo.

Story
On September 6, 1970, twelve-year-old Martha Hodes and her thirteen-year-old sister were flying unaccompanied back to New York City from Israel when their plane was hijacked by members of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine and forced to land in the Jordan desert. Too young to understand the sheer gravity of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, Martha coped by suppressing her fear and anxiety. Nearly a half-century later, her memories of those six days and nights as a hostage are hazy and scattered.

Story
Kelly Sundberg’s husband, Caleb, was a funny, warm, supportive man and a wonderful father to their little boy Reed. He was also vengeful and violent. But Sundberg did not know that when she fell in love, and for years told herself he would get better. It took a decade for her to ultimately accept that the partnership she desired could not work with such a broken man. In her remarkable book, she offers an intimate record of the joys and terrors that accompanied her long, difficult awakening, and presents a haunting, heartbreaking glimpse into why women remain too long in dangerous relationships.

Inspiring and insightful! Thank you Rachel Luna!
Chapter 1, my wake-up call! I need to be more visible! I am doing all the work, and executive leadership doesn't realize it because I am always shrinking back. Specifically because I don't want to be judged!!...but no more! I'm shifting my perspective! Thank you, Rachel Luna, for my personal breakthrough. And giving me a push to "offend." I need to be authentic and visible to be seen for my worth as a manager!

Life Changing in Many Ways
This book is for you if you need that push, guidance and helpful tools to lean into you and make your desires reality. Luna shares her own personal experiences and provides you with easy and useful, actually life-changing tools (I will update after consistently implementing all the tools over the next few weeks). She used the most kind and gentle way to literally wake me up and make me realize how much more I can accomplish in my life! Your soul will be awoken in a whole other way. Absolutely, reading Luna’s book again, because I know I am going to discover more gems the second time. I have the physical book, but absolutely loved listening to Luna’s own voice, it is a beautiful connection to hear the author herself! Thank you with all my heart for writing this book Luna! I recommend this book for everyone, but especially for mothers, female business builders and anyone who is ready for some serious growth! Much love, Lorrette Voglmayr

Perfectly Guides Me To Offend
I love this book. It is seamlessly put together. It's a fulfilling and simplistic blueprint that I adapted immediately. It was worth my time, money, and energy. I aspire to be an empathetic offender.
Thank you Rachel for following through on your desire and dream. Your work has had a positive impact on me. I am grateful to you!

Absolutely phenomenal on all levels
This book is for any woman who feels like she needs an empathetic ‘kick in the butt’ in life.
From the authenticity and crisp, clear delivery in Rachel’s voice and the stories from her hard-lived past, to the unique frameworks for living your most amazing life, weaved in with faith-based references, Rachel Luna BLEW this book and performance out of the water.
Rachel was one of my 1st business coaches in 2017. So to see her come out with a book that is this phenomenal leaves me feeling incredibly blessed that I had the opportunity to work closely with her in the ‘early years’ of her success.
The content and performance is Brene’ Brown, Mel Robins level material, hands down.
I’m so excited for this book, and the lives that will change because of it.
Thank you, Rachel, for dreaming hard and following through with bringing those dreams into fruition. May God continue to bless you and your family.

Motivating, Empowering and Beautifully Liberating!
Listening to Rachel speak her words feels like I’m in the most brilliant private coaching session. She generously shares her personal experiences and vulnerabilities in a way that makes you feel connected. It’s amazing how isolated I have been feeling about certain issues in my life and judging myself thinking it’s me and no one else is dealing with these things. Not only does Rachel pull you out of your isolation, but she gives you tools that put the controls of your life back in your hands. I can’t recommend this book (both physical and audio) enough. Thank You Rachel!
