I want more! (Just not of the narrators fake voice)

This book! Ugh, I loved it. The story was great. I loved seeing the changes in Abby and Henry. I love how they grew, how they worked together to overcome things, and how well they handled all the changes.

I wish there wasn’t as much skipping around, but I understand why the author did it. I truly hope she writes more, it sort of leaves off at a pinnacle of growth for everyone, and I want to know more. I have many lingering questions. I hope we get more of the story.

Narration: ugh. Same lady, but different voice. She sounds like she’s trying too hard to be professional and comes off as snotty even with her characters. It made the audiobook less enjoyable.

The voice change made me stop listening.

I listened to this series without breaks and it was so tough going from the 4th book to this one. The voice change was shocking. The main character was from a youthful young lady to a a granny voice all scratchy. It’s terrible. And then also how she does Henry’s voice. Not sexy. Not at all our Henry. I can’t listen to it and I keep trying to bc I want to know what happens. Whyyyyyyy why did they do this?!? Ughhhh I’m gonna have to buy the book and read it.

So sad it’s over!

Such a great series. Felt like this narrator sounded a little too old to be Abby sometimes but I like the narration she did for the other characters.

This series is a must read/listen!

Enjoyable Read

I really enjoyed this series. It was an easy story that didn’t bore me. I loved the characters and the narrator was wonderful!
