Great story
Was really liking the first book where the story starts, cliffhanger had to see what happens so bought this one, now am pretty ticked about having to purchase the next one to finish the story or maybe that one will be a another cliffhanger. Am very disappointed in authors who do this. I Like the characters and story line but feel like this is a rotten way to sell books.

Another Cliffhanger....kind of...or maybe not...LOL. This book left us at a part where we find out something important about a character but it wasn't like it was really in the middle of a scene so I'm not sure If I'd call that a cliffhanger. It was more just leaving us dying for book 3 so we can find out what is going to happen.
I love Jade and Talon, these two are off the charts hot together! I wish he would just tell her his secrets but considering the nature of them, I understand why he doesn't. This book was full of questions that I can't wait to get answers for! LOVE THIS SERIES SO FAR!

the first book was great and the story in this one was too but there were times it came off a little too fifty shades of grade and Jade turned into this weak pathetic girl as opposed to the strong woman she was in the first. Talon just came off as too controlling. not the biggest fan of this one

at least the story on this 2nd book was better than the first however I find it a complete rip off to have to purchase 3 books in order to get an ending. it should have been been one book. this is like have other novels you've read, cut into thirds, with no ending at all to the first to, like the chapter ends so in order to get any ending to the story, you have to purchase all books. It's like paying for individual chapters of any book. The narater sounds like she's a valley girl from California vs. a girl from Colorado. I would not recommend this series.

Again.. Terrible
I don't understand why the author created a female character that is basically a doormat for Talon. Talon does absolutely nothing for Jade. Talon and Jade don't have a relationship, he screws her and leaves her every time. This is not a love story, this is more about what someone experiences after being traumatized. I'm over it, and probably won't waste another $41 on audiobook #3.

THIS IS SICK AND HEART WRENCHING
There is a WARNING at the beginning of the book due to the content.
Talon is obsessed with Jade but due to his inner torment he keeps pushing her away then going back to her. She never denies him. Talon decides to try therapy again and allows himself to be hypnotized. He starts remembering and investigating pieces of information about his tragedy. Meanwhile, Jade is investigating the family, for work, and finding answers to some of her questions.
The story is full of suspense, mystery, angst, tears, and OMG's and What the f**k. There's also romance and hot sex.
Fore me the cliffhanger wasn't as bad this time because you know there's something creepy going on and it gives us one more answer. I hear book 3 is due out in September.
Sebastain York and Neva Navarre gave a fantastic performance. Sebastain as Talon broke my heart and I hung on every word.
Absolutely worth the credit or $$.

FRUSTRATING
This ia a very good story let me start by saying that. The cliffhangers in the first and 2nd book are huge. There is too much time inbetween books for me. I read alot and listen to atleast a book a day so I am likely to forget about the story line. I don't like going back to refresh just to finish. I knew there were 3 books probably just should have waited until the 3rd book comes out before starting this one.

A compelling listen
I bought book 2 straight away as I was intrigued about what was going to happen next.
I personally didn't like the child abuse sections and wonder if that had to be so explicit.
Good story - you'll want to get the next book. Lots of sex scenes.

Obsession was a great second book to the saga, this book was a little darker with more of Talon's history being revealed, some bits are upsetting to hear but well worth it

Uncomfortable at times
I downloaded this book hoping for a lighthearted sexy diversion. The story is entertaining, the sex scenes are stimulating but the overly graphic description of abuse detracted from otherwise entertaining escapism. I ended up feeling uncomfortable enjoying the sexy bits because the storyline would switch to graphic child abuse scenes soon after.

Heart Pounding
I had my heart in my throat listening to this book. My heart goes out to the family in this story. Amazing. Can't wait to listen to the next book of this trilogy. I am so tiered but need to listen.

Take care when listening to these books when driving, the books are so hot and steamy makes concentrating somewhat difficult. 😉
