Very interesting family with a lot of secrets. This one is a cliffhanger to be continued. I guess I’m gonna get the next book. Narrators were great.

What a wonderful book this is to start Donnie and Callie's story. I am still loving this series that never gets old! I listened to the audio book and Oliver Clark and Summer Morton do a great job. This is 5 stars.

Callie Pike was excited that she was about to go to law school, but when a fire destroys her family’s vineyard, she has to put off school to help her family. She has always thought the Steel brothers were hot, but she never really thought she stood a chance. When she sees Donny again, things go super hot and spicy 🌶️ very quickly. When she starts working with Donny, she begins to do research for him. But while she is trying to help Donny find the secrets his family has hidden, she lives with fear that he will discover her secrets.

Once again Helen Hardt writes a story that is a mix of suspense intrigue and romance. More questions pop up as Callie Donnie answers Dale investigate the past, which opens up even more questions for every answer they find. Will Callie share her secrets with Donnie and how will he take it? Can Donnie finally open up to someone and trust his secrets and pain?

Never Gets Old

I have never listened to such a long saga before, and after book #19 I'm still not disappointed. Amazing how far she can take this family and keep the stories coming! Please Don't Stop Helen Hardt!!

Oh for the love of all things holy!!!! How can you torture us this way?!? Seriously, that’s how you end this?? Gaaah!! Oh, my gosh I am seriously loving this next generation of Steels! Donny’s story is proving to be a bit more intriguing then even Dales was which is setting us up to have even more drama happen in this incredible world that Helen has created for us. I might just have to go back to the beginning and revisit the Steel Brothers starting with Craving and working my way through this incredible Saga once again. Because that’s truly what it’s become now — a saga — it’s no longer a trilogy, or a series — it’s become more significant than that! And I hope that romance lovers everywhere give this saga a chance! It’s got everything you need for hours & hours of romance, suspense, intrigue, drama, heart stopping action and plenty of incredibly hot sexy times! Each book has it - the entire saga is packed with it! This is something you need in your life! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Running on fumes

I enjoy this series. look how many in the series I've read. the story line is getting a little less thriller and a lot more soft pork. I want to know more of the family story and less about the desire.

Oh, I loved this book! I'm not sure why this has been one of my faves for a while, but I think because we're digging back into the Steele family history, and I adore Donnie and Callie! Plus, I have to agree with HH that I'm loving these Pike girls. Really looking forward to Flame. These cliffs are killing me!!!!❤ The narrators did a fantastic job on this as well!!!!
