Cute but needed more depth
This was a good hockey romance, good characters, good spice, good storyline BUT it could've used 3 or 4 more hours of depth (at least a couple hundred more pages of writing), it was fairly shallow and rushed and could've gone really deep and meaningful, MORE character and storyline development... I wanted more. But that's a good thing I suppose, saying I wanted more. I can tell I'll like the series but they are all around the same length so I assume they're all going to be short and sweet without a ton of depth. My favorite hockey romance novels range at least 12 hours in average, this will be my 17th hockey book I've read in 2023, so I've got alot to compare against. SA is a favorite author of mine so I could've used a bit "more" to THIS story. Wish the series was sold as a set. THAT would be more valuable. Still, good hockey romance.

Love it!
This was just such an amazing nice book to read. Love Sheridan’s books, she just has an amazing way of writing them.

Miller & Dani 🏒
This book was previously Miller but now has a new cover, new title, extra 5-10k words (no added scenes,more detailed,fresher)
As a fan of the original I was excited to read this and didn’t feel the changes were needed. I would have appreciated an added bonus epilogue if it was being updated.
Miller is confident, sexy and considerate. Dani is coming out of a bad relationship so doesn’t trust player Miller right away. There love story is cute, nice steamy scenes, and some sad moments but eventually the HEA they deserve. Loved seeing Dani and Miller stand up for each other during times of need and really proving their loyalty and strength ♥️
Narration was good and really matched the voices!

Pleasantly surprised!
I was pleasantly surprised by this book and am excited for the series. I have read some not so great Hockey Romance books because of all the craze on BookTok. This one stood out as a good story, that actually had hockey in it, not just 🌶️. There was also a lot more depth to the story than I expected. Miller and Danielle have a beautiful journey to their HEA. I laughed and cried way more than expected!

Cheesy dialogue , story isn’t very flushed out . Annoying that they all seem like stock characters. I’d skip this one .
