His narration was not good.

I did not enjoy his narration nor the voices that she did for the other people.

You will love it

I love how they figure this out on their own and their relationship and always take good care of their daughter. I liked it a lot. I didn't think I would but when I started listening to it I started to like it.

Cringe

It's cringe and sounda weird. Also very predictable. I don’t feel the connection between the MCs. They sound like the H and the other woman who had to get married because she got pregnant after a one night stand and he has to break up with the h. No chemistry at all. They had a one night stand, she got pregnant and only told him when the baby is 6 months old. And then suddenly they're inlove. Gag. I also don't understand why she didn't kick her toxic mother to the curb. She definitely doesnt care about her or her baby. Add in a cliche drama to make it longer. This could've been finished in less than 2 hours.

First period

The story line was Awsome. It could have been a little bit longer maybe adding another baby.

Great Little story

This is a good list and the only thing I would say is, I cannot stand when there’s a conversation with more than two people. The author continually tells you who’s talking versus just allowing you to listen to the conversation organically it gets a little crazy.

A Free Listen Was Too Much, Lover

I tried to keep listening, but there were too many issues to finish. The narration was subpar—especially the female narrator when voicing the male character. But, the male wasn’t very good either.

The story felt underdeveloped, and the characters didn’t seem to genuinely like each other. It came across as if they were just settling because they’d already had a baby together. Even the steamy scenes lacked chemistry or excitement. And he kept calling her Lover. Just no.

Because of the low reviews, I only gave this book a shot because it was free. I would’ve been very disappointed if I had used a credit on it.

Okay

I didn’t think I could make it through with the male narration. He talks loud then soft, it was annoying.

Not bad but weak premise

Funny some times and sweet some other times. The heroine’s reasoning is stupid for a grown woman, especially where it counts. The reason she reveals the baby, the reason she writes a revengeful story and reason she holds onto a job she despises.
The final conflict is predictable throughout the book and is the reason I disliked the heroine, but this is fiction and morals don’t seem to matter.
As others mentioned, the female narrator’s rendition of male characters is horrible. She makes the father sound perpetually drunk and the hockey players sound like assholes, most of the time.

Could not finish

I could not make it through this book. First of all the girl narrator was OK, except her male voices were absolutely awful. I thought the guy narrator was pretty good. He actually seem like he really put a lot of feelings into what he was saying. What I kept having an issue with was here was this woman who got pregnant and made the choice to not tell the guy When she was pregnant and for the first number of months after the baby was born and yet she kept throwing it in his face that he wasn’t around and even the guy’s sister kept saying that he hasn’t been there for his kid in for the girl and every single time her brother mentions that he never knew about it she just Ignores it like it means nothing. It’s like they’re trying to make it seem like he is the bad person in the situation. Plus all of the inappropriate comments and stupid sex jokes were ridiculous. No one ever talks like that to anybody. I really wish romance authors would stop that. Nobody will turn every little thing someone says into a stupid, sex, joke or innuendo. Also, yes, she is the one whose body was changing and she is the one who carried the baby and gave birth and all that. But when she had her inner monologue about it, not being very baby, but being her baby, that was ridiculous. it is still his baby, even though he wasn’t the one that was pregnant. It is both parents baby. I really had some high hopes for this book but unfortunately I was let down. The author lack of allowing the conversations to flow. Over usage of “I said, she said”

The female character motives, she clearly wanted a relationship, but chose to ruin the life of child’s father.
