I love these characters!

Oh man…this series grabbed me from the very beginning and kept me invested to the very end. I love Bri and Tanner as individual characters but I love them even more together. The banter between the two of them was fantastic and I love that they were constantly messing with each other but when it came down to it, they always had each other’s backs.

I think this may be my favorite group of side characters that I’ve ever read before. The group dynamics were fantastic and their antics were pure entertainment. This group is friendship goals all the way.

This series has so many ups and downs and twists and turns that it kept me on the edge of my seat from start to finish. And I swear each cliffhanger was worse than the last, not to mention the fact that book two’s cliffhanger is one of the worst that I have ever read. I’m so glad that I could listen to these audiobooks back to back because as soon as I finished one I would start the next.

Theo Sinclair and Maeve York were fabulous narrators for this series. They did such great job of not only bringing the main characters to life but the side characters as well. The depth and emotion that they brought to the characters made the story even better and made me more invested in the characters and the books.

This was the first series that I’ve read by Sheridan Anne but it certainly won’t be the last!

I loved EVERYTHING from this series and would love spin off series for the side characters!!

Not bad....

Narration wasn't the greatest, should've been duet style. Some characters got on my nerves & were unbearable: Arizona (Ari) so annoying. Hudson & Addison-irritating, and sometimes Bre-meddlesome. The dad/Tristan got off way to easy. He should've been prosecuted for impregnating a minor. And he should've been taken to the "cleaners" & humiliated for his betrayal of his original family, not to mention trying to pin everything on his son...snake. And he should be forced to care for his new family & illegitimate son with what he has left. Otherwise, good HEA.

Yowzers

Yowzers...there is sooooo much in this book. I was honestly not sure how this book would go for me because high school stories can be hit or miss on me, but am I glad I took a chance on this one because I was utterly riveted by it. I am also very glad I listened to the boxset because if I had to deal with the cliffhangers before the next book I would have been too upset. These kids have so much going on and I found myself so anxious to know what would happen in some instances, if I was correct in my theory in others (yes I was !), and just plain waiting for the next shoe to drop. I read a lot of romantic suspense and this book had me feeling all the anxiety and desperation to know what was going to happen I usually feel during the high octane battle scenes, etc in those. Tanner and Brielle are on fire. I love their connection- "You lean, I lean"--sigh. That has become one of my favorite quotes from books and it is so simple yet encompasses so much if you've read this book. These two may be young but they definitely take being each other's ride or die to heart, as the whole friend group does really. I loved that we saw the other friends get their HEAs in the peripheral as well. There are twists and turns and heart stopping moments galore to keep on the edge of your seat. Mind the trigger warning though because definitely some tough topics. The narrator was awesome.

Twisted and Fun!

I am so glad that this was a complete series because the cliff hangers would have wrecked me. I really enjoyed this series. I don't think I've read anything by this author before, but I think if she enjoys cliffhangers, I'll try to be sure the whole series is out or it's a box set. I felt like even though this was set with these being high school students that at times it felt like they should have been older. Overall, I enjoyed it and the way the villains were served justice! Theo Sinclair and Maeve York did a great job with this set.
