One of my New Favorite Mafia Romance Stories

Story was fantastic, but came to leave a review because these narrators were incredible. There is Irish, Russian, and Italian accents they nailed them all. I also couldn't tell when the female narrator was doing male dialog, she is freakin talented!!

Perfect

I read this book prior to listening to it found this author on TikTok. Shelf the book because I couldn’t get through. It found other things more interesting held my attention a little bit longer. Found out it was coming out in audible. Picked it up again finished it pre-ordered the Audible when I found out who was reading loved both the readers. Decided to do a tandem finish in the day. sometimes it bugs me when it’s not exactly the same as when it’s in the book, but couldn’t put it down even though some of the spots are a little different. Cannot wait for the second book.

The book did not stop! I was not able to stop listening. The characters were extremely well-developed and the story line was fast-moving with just the right amount of intrigue and spice. I cannot wait until the next book in the series Devils and Darlings.

personal growth

I love the fact that the female character started out having no confidence or any respect for herself at all, and throughout the story she slowly built her confidence up and stood up for herself. and ended up trusting people and finding love.
