Hush

I really liked this story a lot. It’s a spin off series but can be enjoyed without having read the previous. It was so much fun getting to know these two. Though I did want to smack the guy for some of the things he did. The FMC was so strong and really cared about her job. She’s a badass and refuses to back down from what she believes is right. There’s a lot of fire for these two. There’s a good mix of emotions and action at times. There’s also some of the club aspects which flushed this out more. It was really good and the narrator did a fantastic job with these characters.

this was such a great start to the new chapter. I can't wait for the next audiobook. gotta go back and do all of the original series too. their writing is so refreshing

Good MC romance.

Hush (The Vikings Rampage MC: Tucson Chapter #1) is an MC romance.

Seek and Hush’s story was captivating. I was drawn in from the get go. Great chemistry and storyline. Great family dynamic as well. New for me authors and I look forward to the next in the series.

Michael Norman Johnson and Phillipa Miller did a really good job narrating this book.

Search And Rescue

I legitimately love that the FMC has a really interesting, specialty job, and is kind of a badass. I think there is a bit of a pacing issue with the story but overall this it’s a wonderful set up for the series. I think the story that is the through line will be very interesting.

Most important the dogs are the goodest boys!

Book 1 - The Viking's Rampage MC

This is book 1 in Cole and Jenson's The Viking's Rampage MC series and we start the series off with main characters Hush and Seek. The first thing I loved about this read / listen is that Seek already has an MC name. I know it's her nickname because of her job but I just love how well it fits her and fits in with the MC names. I also love the dynamic between Hush and his MC brothers. They do what brothers ought, meddle like lil ol ladies until they get the results they want. While I have no doubt this MC has it's dark, this book only touches a bit on that and mostly just voices what they do is 1% rather than Cole and Jenson sharing the details of it. I also thought the dual narration was perfect for our characters and our authors delivered a well written and captivating story that flowed smoothly, grasped us with the suspense and danger as well as delivered a great blend of sweet and steam. I think we have an ongoing mystery that will hopefully be solved in future reads / listens and I'd love to see Seek's family more as well - her mom was a fun character! A great start to a new series and I can't wait for more!

A New Chapter

Since first meeting Davis "Hush" Jenkins while he was taking up temporary residence with the Austin TX chapter, I've wanted his story, his HEA. I also had someone in mind for it. That didn't go as expected, but Jamie "Seek" Simmons turned out even better. ❤️❤️

I love this new chapter in Hush's life as we move from Austin to Tucson. The transition is made even easier, not that it was hard, with a drop in from a favorite TX couple.

I absolutely LOVE everything about this book: Seek's giant heart and great dogs, Hush's remorse and slow healing, Seek's ability to stand up to pretty much anyone, the mission of the MC, and all the rest. I am beyond curious as to how things work out with the desert drama and look forward to the next book.

Prior reading isn't required (but well worth it if you can). Also as seems to be fairly normal for an MC series, they don't really get an HEA, but they are well on their way.

I read along with the audio book. The narrators are Phillipa Miller and Michael Norman Johnson. Both do really good jobs. Duet narration is the only thing missing.

Great!

Hush and Seek

I enjoyed this audio book. I finished it in a day. This is new authors for me and I look forward to listening/reading more from her.

Hush is returning back home and to his MC family after being gone for a while mourning old lady's death. I think he might of been a side character in previous books but those don't need to be read/listened to before this just something I pick up on. I liked Hush not only is he a biker but also a veteran which are big pluses for me. He is very protective and possessive more pluses. Seek is awesome not only is she feisty and can handle herself, she is also caring and compassionate. I love her job, her and her dogs find missing people once the trail runs cold for cops and other people. The chemistry between these two are hot even though he tries to fight it because he blames himself for his wife's death. Not only do you get the push and pull of their relationship but you also get stuff from the club which isn't like any regular motorcycle club I have read/listened to and an investigation Seek was doing about certain people who have gone missing without a trace which I hope will be maybe looked into more in this series.

Age-Gap MC Romance

This is the first book in The Viking's Rampage MC: Tucson Chapter series. Hush and Seek's age-gap romance is entertaining, emotional, passionate, and captivating, filled with mystery, danger and twists. Hush is enigmatic and protective. Seek is strong and smart. They are perfect together. Michael Norman Johnson and Phillipa Miller captured the mood and tone of each scene beautifully. I enjoyed it. Looking forward to more in the series. #PFPAudio

Excellent first book - A spin off from the Vikings MC series

I absolutely couldn't wait for Hush's story and I wasn't disappointed. My heart broke for Hush and I loved his story. We met him in The Vikings MC series, and he continues to be a favorite character of mine. We get an age gap, slow burn, second chance at love, a story that I didn't want to pause. I am looking forward to more from these authors and this new series!

The narrators were excellent. Their performances had the audiobook rolling like a movie in my head.

Amazing!

I feel like I’ve been waiting for this series to be made into an audiobook for years! And it did NOT disappoint. The narration was perfect and the story was obviously amazing (or else it wouldn’t have been one of my favorites). I can’t wait for the other books in the series to come out!
