I'm a small business owner since 2001. the past 10 years have been a constant struggle with people problems and not being able to get past $1.5 million in sales. As ive looked back over the past 22 yrs, I could not help but feel hopeless, lost, and disappointed to have spent so many years of my life only to be stuck. What happened to my big dream? This year has had me considering quitting, doing something else, or even just getting a job. Then just over a month ago I saw a social media clip of this guy explaining "break points" and revenue per employee. Something about his certainty engaged me. Now, after attending a People's Esentials and a 10X360 workshop I'm now so full of hope for the future, I know where to find the answers I've been seeking, and Im determined to make the changes in myself, my mindset, and my business that Brandon has helped me see I've been missing. This book outlines them beautifully, and its a must-read for anyone feeling stuck in business! After the workshops and now workingwithCardone Ventures Im still drinking from a firehouse and have a lot to do, but I'm determined to lean into it and make great things happen! interesting but not life changing

some good points but mostly a life story and a sales pitch for Cardone ventures or 10x. a good sales pitch as I am curious and may consider it. there just were not enough true nuggets of information. I was expecting more deep dives into the HOW rather than the WHAT. I still feel like this was too surface level and a big waste of time. the points made could be covered in a 10 min YouTube video.

Sharing his wealth of business experience, Dawson goes through how he built his business and now mentors others to assess their business, create efficiencies, and work smarter to create growth. Dawson shares his history in the first section. The second section is filled with steps on how you can apply his strategies to your own business, along with case studies from clients he and his team have mentored.

While I recommend Nine-Figure Mindset, I had challenges with the format and the narration. The audiobook comes in at just over six hours. Like stated above, the first section is all about Dawson, which I think is meant to cement for the reader that he is the perfect person to write this book for entrepreneurs. However, I felt it would have been a much more engaging read if Dawson's story unfolded chapter by chapter alongside sharing his strategies. Also, Dawson narrated this book. His manner of speaking is fast and furious. There weren't a lot of peaks and valleys, and chapters ended abruptly. A professional narrator would have provided a smoother, cleaner read. None of this takes away from the validity of the content or the great advice contained in Nine-Figure Mindset, but it didn't work for me as a reader.

Take Dawson's advice and use it to help you grow your business. The afterword is a great summation of what to do and not do, and you will quickly understand why Dawson has been so successful.

Great and practical book.

I learned so much with this book that I started implementing 3 of the things: setting the Vision, Mission, values and goals for my business for 2024, workings in the corporate culture and recruitment.

Best business book to date!!

Be the leader you want to hire

This audio was a good reminder that true leaders are not exempt from evaluation. Evan better the best leaders are consistently evaluating themselves to improve. I enjoyed the authors approach towards this growth mindset and fell led to lead more by example in my own business.

Brandon hits it out of the park!

Being an entrepreneur for most of my career, I have word-for-word struggled with all of the points Brandon covers throughout his book. Within the first few chapters, epiphanies were lighting up like a lightning storm and I clearly saw what I could put into action immediately. As I finished the book over the week, more epiphanies, more actions. Brandon is so smart about business! I have had the pleasure of meeting some of the business owners Brandon has worked with and these owners, who spoke on stage at 10XGrowthcon, have very REAL success from working with Brandon and his team. I am looking forward to working one-on-one with the Cardone Ventures team for 10X360, Peoples Essentials and more! 10X!!!
