Insightful book but narrated as if to an audience of 10 year olds
There is a lot of useful, practical information from a wide range of sources and disciplines, which i appreciate.
The presentation of this information frustrated me, the over the top enthusiasm and repetition made it feel like the author was addressing an audience of 10 year olds. I found myself skipping forward a lot to get through the repeated points, while the last few chapters seemed like an advertisement for the authors businesses.
