New favorite book of all time!
If you're a fan of ancient wisdom and/or self help books, this book has everything! it is a collection of distillations from some of the best and most important ancient and modern texts, put together in short digestible chapters that are written from such an integrated perspective, it's almost painfully good. If I had to pick a book for the rest of my years on a desert island, this is it. Nuf said, just get it. you're welcome in advance.

INCREDIBLY LIFE-CHANGING IF APPLIED
Areté is by far the most life changing book I’ve ever read. Of course like all wisdom it only works if practiced. I love the short chapters, each containing a golden nugget, add them all up and you have a treasure trove of transformational insights. But being a Heroic app member I expected nothing less from Brian Johnson, he has always strived to overdeliver when it comes to giving. I’ve followed his work for about a decade and I am forever grateful for how it has changed my life. I can’t wait for Areté Volume 2!!! 🔥🔥🔥
