Must have book for all sales people and leaders

This book has revolutionized the way I think about communicating with my clients, and my family and friends. Selling the way people want to buy is a genius paradigm shift from the old techniques of selling because you can. I highly recommend this book.

Best People Skills Book on the Market Today

Would you listen to Navigate 2.0 again? Why?

YES! I've listened to it 6 times already. This book is the text book of people skills and serving your clients

What was one of the most memorable moments of Navigate 2.0?

Making the connection between my personality and selling the way I like to buy. Adjusting the way I sell to the way others like to buy.

What about Dustin Hillis’s performance did you like?

Dustin and Steve did a fantastic job with the structure and layout of the book. It really comes together like THE TEXTBOOK of People Skills.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I did listen to it all in one sitting one of the 6 times.

Any additional comments?

If you want to learn how to better work with your clients, team, parents, kids, friends, enemies, loved ones...etc. Read this book and apply it. It works. Navigating your relationships is a muscle that you build over time. I am keeping a notebook of my interactions and what I think the person is. Then I'm applying the suggested communication. This book as worked wonders in all of my relationships.

Nice content, poor reading

I couldn’t get into this book as the performer’s delivery, speed and inflection dramatically underscored the content. So painful that it was comical at times. I couldn’t have done better but I recommend all producers to interview their performers first.
The content is good and it would benefit salespeople at all levels

Narrator is no bueno

He sounds like a computer. Listening to him is at times painful and ruined the book. Maybe I'm too harsh but he should have paid someone to narrate it for him.

Confusing dictation.Book is average

Book is a good read but dictation is confusing, uneven speed makes it difficult to understand the point.

Great content HORRIBLE READING

I can NOT focus on the content because the reading speed is so unnatural. It is like listening to a computer.

Great asset to your sales knowledge!

Good for beginners and advance. Great message on serving your prospects and making sales a great career. I'm in SaaS sales and I recommend it for the various personalities we work with. His voice did get annoying to me at times but overall great speed and tone. Will reread in the future!

Narrator not that great but good content

Good overall content on how to sell to different personality types. Narrator was not that easy to follow and monotonous during the content.
