The Loop Breaks Technique is great and works well

Of all the techniques, I most appreciated the loop break method because it reframes negative external experiences into more positive ones. You can’t always control what happens outside of you, but you can choose how to react to it!

Book is for everyone, even if you don’t have

I think this book could actually benefit everyone, even if you don’t have depression or anxiety because the techniques are about improving your thinking habits and getting rid of negative patterns. Good read!

Overall great book with some good ideas

Overall listening to this book was very empowering.
I also think that although some of these ideas might not work for everyone, there is something in here for all types of people no matter what negative emotions they are going through. For instance, if you are better at visualization, try the timeline technique and if you are better with words try the pattern interruption and reframing.

Testing out solutions

If one method in here doesn’t work for you, test out another one! Stay positive and don’t get discouraged. You can do it! I really liked this book for the upbeat attitude and amount of quality info. .

Techniques are practical

I started using some of the NLP techniques and they seem to work pretty well! Not just for depression, but also for mood improvement in general.
