Publisher's summary

When the priest he's known his entire life is run down on the streets of Naples, Detective Dillon Storm sets out to get to the bottom of who was behind the horrible hit-and-run. The deeper he gets, though, the more he realizes it might not have been an accident, and that the truth might lead him down a rabbit hole he'll never escape from.

In the end, Dillon Storm will have to travel away from the home he loves to a whole new Floridian terrain if he ever wants to learn the truth. Dark secrets hide in deep waters, but when it comes to Naples, sometimes the truth can be found up the coast and across the sound.

The main character is a bit dramatic for me

Too much internal dialog. When the bullets are flying everything doesn’t stop so you can reflect on your life, character, etc. plus the storyline just wasn’t believable. Some random thing always happens to save him. I started this series because it was free but after this one I think I’m done.
