I hold multiple black belts. I am a world-champion gold, silver, and bronze medalist and have been inducted into the hall of fame. I teach self-defense to schools and businesses, deliver the SIA-approved training required to get your license, and run a full-time martial arts gym. Does this make me an expert? No, but it does make for some interesting stories.

my life too!
I enjoyed this book very much, I also work Personal Protection and doors with my team in SF Bay Area. These stories are so familiar and yes, its extremely important to have a reliable trusting team. Bravo on the book.
