I've had this book on my Kindle for a while now, but prefer audiobooks nowadays. The style of narration takes a few minutes to get used to, but I like the flow and how it keeps me focused on the text.The book discusses what mindfulness is and provided simple steps for beginners on how to start acquiring this state of mind. This 21-day-guide would be very ideal for individuals who often experience distracting thoughts and emotions causing them to lose focus and attention. The steps given here is to help you explore mindfulness initially by yourself.
The challenge is something every beginner can do as a start before actually entering a mindfulness course (that is in case you may need or want to involve yourself in a formal training in mindfulness techniques) or can be your main guide to acquire mindfulness (especially if done repetitively) without going through any formal course or training. Good guide!
