Publisher's summary

The neuroscience of mindfulness stretches far beyond our imagination. Still, I, the author, will make an attempt to show you bits and pieces of its significance, effectiveness, and usefulness.

Involved in such mindful activities are the correct breathing techniques, tips on improving your psychological focus, eliminate distractions, and the general thought of why so many people have become victims of their own little worlds.

What matters most, however, is how you can escape the evil clutches of these times and become your own being. Listen to t his audiobook to find out how!

Very simplistic

The first half read like a high school essay citing numerous studies about the benefits of mindfulness that most readers would likely already be aware of. The second half, while better and more appropriate to the books title, only offered basic suggestions which for the most part, a simple Google would have sufficed. I gave this a 2 star as opposed to 1 because to some readers/listeners, there may be some relevant data that’s summarized more concisely than self searching for it.
