Ah-mazing!!!

The book was so good....and that twist...ripped me apart. What just happened? Then the book 2 blurb! I need book2, NOW!

3.75 stars. This is an easy to read romantasy, with easy world building, magic, light spice, angst, and a big twist/cliffhanger ending leaving me absolutely needing the next book asap bc i have so many questions. The FMC is smart, confident and is not one to back down. And the MMC is one hot book boyfriend (the nose ring)-I’d marry that man! I do think there are a few plot holes. I don’t want to give anything away but I didn’t love that the twist at the end was almost too jarring/unpredictable. I’m questioning everything! Nonetheless, I’ll definitely be reading book 2 once it’s out! The Narrartors were great!

So good

The whole performance of the book is amazing. The emotional depth is spot on and can be felt as it’s being narrated. I was SHOCKED at the end of the book, and cannot wait to read the future books.

THE TWIST

Holy crap. I was recommended this book because I was in a massive slump and just couldn’t find a book to bring me back. So I saw this book recommended on TikTok for bamboozling people with the plot twist. So naturally, I was looking out for any and all twists. But I could NOT in ANY UNIVERSE have expected THAT. Bravo. It was the first time I’ve had to PAUSE an audio book and piece it together. Book had me gasping at work 💀 I’m going to need book two like yESTERDAY please and thank you ♡

Bruh!!!! This BOOK!!!

This book blew my edges back in the last THIRTY MINUTES!! It’s worth the listen. Can’t wait for book two.
