Even if you aren't going through menopause, I totally recommend it!
This creation of serene and peaceful meditation was wonderful. Taking a break from a hectic day to focus completely on myself. Peaceful; and relaxing.

The narrator and the music are great on this audiobook. Although I've already been through menopause, I found this book to be a great meditation and relaxation audiobook. I liked how the narrator gave instructions and guided you through the relaxation techniques. Great buy even if you are not menopausal. Would highly recommend!

Specially, in case of women, they have a lot of things to suffer and face in playing different roles as mother, wife, sister. So, soemtimes some mental or physical disorders bound them and she does not get way to get out of them.
