I liked how this book is produced to benefit audible listeners. I got what I expected. I learned various health benefits of Mediterranean diet. The food selection is nice and healthy. Works well for people trying to lose weight while maintaining a healthy lifestyle moving forward. I would appreciate more comprehensive selection of recipes but I understand this is a beginners guide anyway.

I am trying to figure out the better diet between

I am trying to figure out the better diet between Paleo and Mediterranean. There are cases that Paleo with benefit me more while sometimes Mediterranean is easier to follow. Overall, they have been both great listen. I will see which diet is easier to adjust to and will work better in the long run.

I am starting to like the narrator. I listened to the whole audiobook. The narrator's voice do not bore me down. Now, I learned that Mediterranean is not really a diet but rather an eating lifestyle. There are few foods that are not allowed to be consumed like wine.

A speedy weight loss program/diet without exercise

A speedy weight loss program/diet without exercise necessary. While other diet requires exercise to work, this diet does not need that in order to fully lose weight. I like the food choices. Yes, there are still foods that needs to be avoided at all costs and health factors to be considered. Still, this could be one of the cleanest diet I have ever seen.

bonus recipes are good. Meal plan is a plus!

I am new to mediterranean diet. I have heard about Keto diet and other low carb diet. Mediterranean diet has its own distinct purposes. I like how abundant in fish this diet is. Works well for people who are near the sea or ocean. General ideas about this diet and health facts are relevant in deciding whether this diet will be for you or not. Some bonus recipes are good. Meal plan is a plus!

The book gave me a better understanding of Mediterranean diet as a beginner. Looking into its origins and how it works to help lose weight, it pretty much proved why it's called the world's healthiest diet. The book also discussed other health benefits, what to eat, how to get started with Mediterranean diet, debunking the myths, FAQs, and the tips on how to succeed with the Mediterranean diet.

seems like a very good lifestyle

I tried different diets in the past. I just don't seem to stick to a diet. I keep gaining weight right after. Mediterranean seems like a very good lifestyle. No wonder people in the Mediterranean are healthier and fit than most of us.

Lots of benefits in doing Mediterranean diet. This is far better than other diets I tried in the past. The book does not focus on how many days it will take to lose weight but it shows a long term lifestyle to a fitter and healthier life.

Mediterranean has great selection of foods to eat. I like vegetables, fish and seafoods. No wonder this is called the healthiest diet in the world. If you wanna be healthier and even live longer, might as well adapt the Mediterranean diet.

This is a cool diet. I think even my mom can do it too. It is in the middle of a strict and not strict diet. There are foods that we can still consume and foods that we can consume in moderation only. I think that's cool.

FAQ section is a must-listen.

Exactly what I am looking for. Lots of my questions were answered by this book (audiobook). Many health benefits that I am not aware of. I used to believe of of the myths, now I know they are just "myths'. FAQ section is a must-listen.
