Calming. Good for managing anxiety.
I find the author's voice soothing. The meditation involves visualising (she gives alternatives) a small blue flame moving from point to point on the body. I don't know why but this is both difficult (the mind wanders or one feels bored) and very physically relaxing. I found my breathing became deep and regular and my heartbeat normal. There are other Yoga Nidra options on Audible if you don't find this author's voice soothing.

Easy to understand and well detailed
I have read widely about Yoga Nidra, but the guided meditation supplied with this book is one of the best I have ever experienced. After experiencing the waking sleep you will be addicted to the feeling of being refreshed and ready to take on the challenges of the day.

Intensive and enlightening . The book gives practice along the talks. The voice was a little high pitch and it required some investment to become accustomed to it. Other than that, would prescribe. Take as much time as necessary, appreciate the excursion
