Short and sweet!

I just read another book previous to this that dragged on and left me with no idea what Transcendental meditation was but this one was pretty much to the point. I didn’t care for the accents the reader tried to do lol as not necessary but the overall book was great!

Five stars

As I begin my meditation practice, this guide has been helpful in breaking meditation into smaller pieces to work towards my final goal of a regular practice. It takes time to develop a good habit that is long lasting. Also Listen it in a little over an hour even with distractions. I highly recommend this if you are even considering meditation.

this is what i want to be good at.

TM is one technique I would like to be well-informed and be good at. I have already made up my mind to enroll myself in a session and I now know what to expect from my TM teachers.

Great Resource

It's great to see a book about Transcendental Meditation that goes beyond dealing with stress, anxiety, and health problems. Sure, TM is proven by scientific research to decrease stress, bring relief from anxiety, and restore good health. Overall Its very helpful for all.

This is for anyone.

This is my first audio book guide on transcendental meditation and it’s mind-blowing. What is more interesting is anyone can actually do it even children!

This is an excellent book for anyone who wants to learn the ins and outs of Meditation. I goes in to details regarding what to do with your eyes, sitting positions, food, time and other issues. Impressive indeed!
