This audible provides in trifles of the topics

this is my favorite meditation collection out there. love the narration, music, easy meditations. doesn't take long to do and I'm meditating so much more now. bringing a lot of inner peace for me.

Those actionable phrases help me a lot

This is a jam-packed book with lots of meditations to choose from. I was pleasantly surprised as I didn't hear the description before ordering. Awesome value for a credit. Nicely narrated and has a lot of great music. Easy meditations that don't take forever to finish. I am pleased!

Facile to detect the direction and clear examples

I was intrigued by the value of this collection. It has exactly what is needed to practice mindfulness, nothing more nothing less. It's precisely what a person should do to become more present. It teaches and then gets out of your way. Brilliant.

I think this is a reliable audible for us

This bundle has been a great way to unwind and relax. The guided meditations are easy and pretty straight forward. It is a nice way to start an evening or my morning. I enjoyed the accompanying music and liked the narrations for very soothing performances.

Lots of Vital Data Accumulated In This audible

This is something that instantly clicked for me. It isn't overly complicated, and a lot of these can be done rather quickly in the morning, during a break in the day or even right before bed. I was impressed by the narration and the music was disarming and calming. The great body of work.

A unique intro to mantra meditation. the author is an expert. The audible will help in the right pronunciation; however, I would not imitate the author's pacing, which I think too fast.

Excessive valuable data involved in this guide

This is one of the best audible I have ever listen

Daniel Emotion is one of the best Meditation and Mindfulness teachers in the US. In looking over the reviews of Meditation and Mindfulness, I was surprised to see that more than a few listeners thought this book was a kind of scam, something like a cut-and-paste of his earlier books. Thanks
