the author is clear concise and provides great information on detaching from outcomes and trusting the process

Dating advice

Lack of biblical references the source of all truth was not given credit. Very good book needed more biblical truth as reference.

Very good book. Narrator read great! Helps shift mindset and insightful. Highly recommended and a must read/listen.

"Fustrating" to listen to

They hired a human to read this but their cadence was off and their pronunciation of the word "frustrating" as "Fustrating" drove me crazy, as she says it about 20 times. In this instance, maybe whisper soft would have done a better job.

Content was good, not drawn out longer than it needed to be. My favorite take away was something to the effect of when you start feeling desperation - about a person, situation, or idea - you are attaching to the outcome. I found that to be really helpful, an alarm bell to be mindful of.

Weird voice intonations

The narrator ranges between a nagging tone and a questioning tone, neither of which is relevant to the content which is very general and has all been said before.
