But old scores and dangers have a way of resurfacing, and Davik’s journey of healing is far from over.

what a pleasant surprise this book was. I was a little skeptical because it just came out and it weren't very many reviews. I'm glad I took the risk. Absolutely amazing. I can't wait for more!!

This book got me I wasn’t expecting it to be a good as it was! Action Spice good written characters and story that is a fun ride! I really really want more!

Was a very good story to listen to. Honestly one of the best I have heard.

not for the faint of heart

this is a very powerful story. As a veteran I can empathize with the MC. don't get me wrong, this is a great book and the author should be proud but as for me looking to escape different pain, it was to close to home. continued success to the author. A lot of people will like this book.

Captivating Story: Highly Recommend!

I really enjoyed this story. The author does a great job of setting the scenes and developing both the storyline and the world in which he has created. I easily fell in love with each of the main characters of the story as they developed throughout. The pacing of the book is just right. I really enjoyed the interaction between the main character and the girls in the tavern. Each of them had their own dynamics. This is a well-written book with adventure, great dialogue, and a great plot. I highly recommend the book and I can't wait to start the next one.

Great writing

I really like this kind of action adventure fantasy and I read many. The main problem is usually the writing is very amateurish, the entertainment comes solely from the plot and the books become boring as soon as the novelty of the plot runs out or when it runs into a snag. This book certainly has an interesting plot, but the writing is on a different level from most books in this genre make the reading experience very enjoyable at all times.

compelling story and world building.

A few fumbled pronunciations, and it took a few chapters for the cadence to hit its stride, but overall a solid story and performance.

Great Book!!!!!

I absolutely love this book. I cannot wait to hear more In this series. The voice performers were phenomenal. I can't get over with how good this book is. Bring on the next one.

poetic justice

the poetic punchlines that felt well thought out, and some of the unique vocabulary.
I feel the relationship pacing came on a bit fast, but still rather enjoyable.

while the inconsistency of his strength and his battle iq can be tough to reconcile for me the story the narration and especially that ending were killer and leaves me wanting more
