frustrating characters
Between Emna and Michael, I don't know who frustrated me more, but they certainly took their turn doing so. Emma almost cooked her own goose with the prince of whales! lol!! Michael's dad was a conniving viper. Good riddance! I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest review. The narrator did a great job.

LOVED THIS BOOK EVEN MORE THAN THE FIRST
This is a beautiful love story with interesting characters and a wonderful story of their own. The narrator was excellent and I had no problem listening to this book and staying involved. I recommend this book #2 in the series and can't wait for #3...

Normally it's the women that do stupid stuff!
He has a father that has dragged their financial situation into the gutter, but expects him to marry, to obtain further funds.
He is definitely a stiff upper lipped English Gentleman, and her "American crassness" astounds him.
Yeah, it is the strangest Regency Romance I have come across.
It's an intriguing tale, though!
