Excellent Progression and Wonderful Heart

The best part of Begley’s work is that their stories never compromise on the heart of the characters. It’s hard to describe how diversity and representation feels at home in Begley’s fantasy stories. I guess one could call it progressive progression fantasy!

Another triumph for Tobias Begley!

Mana Mirror has become one of my favourite series in recent times. I've listened to each book prior to this multiple times at this point (ignoring Begley's other novels which no one should do). The world is rich, the characters are sweet, and the developing plots and subplots have me hooked. Tobias Begley continues to create and develop worlds of queer fantasy stories I wish I had had growing up.

Neo Cihi continues to be a brilliant voice for this world and these characters. He is definitely high up on my top narrators list!

To Podium Audio: please don't make me wait too long for the next audiobook. The months between book 2 and 3 were painful. I'm holding Mr Bob Podium (I assume this is the name of the head of Podium?) personally responsible for any and all emotion de-stress I suffer between now and then.

Positivity that’s desperately needed right now.

Unapologetically queer, heartwarming, and a good break from the capitalist hellscape of our reality. Sucks that I finished and will have to wait for the next one.
