This is one of the best books I have read. I suggest reading it ^^!

Wow I haven’t felt so enamored with a book in years

Such a compelling and ingenious story! Thank you for sharing your gift of writing with the world. This book actually helped me heal a lot of traumas as a previous christian now atheist and helped me see everything in a more curious light. The way that I was able to relate to characters and their feelings was extraordinary! Can’t wait to continue onto the next one!

SO SO AMAZING WOW

The narrator was perfect. Beautiful, immaculate. I’m in awe. The book is sickening sweet and heart wrenchingly traumatic in all the best ways imaginable. The character Lucifer means a lot to me so the in depth tale for him and his experiences before man was the scratch my itchy brain needed with this story telling!

Astounding!!

I’ve been a fan of ABM since its first publication and every evolution of the story has made it even more wonderful!! Reading the book is definitely a different experience than listening, but I couldn’t recommended either method over the other since they’re both so good! Lance did an outstanding job with all of the voice work as well!! Very immersive and clearly spoken, I couldn’t stop listening!! If you’re on the fence about this story, just get it lol I could not sing it praise more highly!!

I WEEP for Lucifer

I am an atheist. So my perspective is kind of different, but my goodness, I LOVED this perspective. It never made any sense to me why Lucifer the most beautiful, god’s favorite, the archangel (which wasn’t mentioned here, but I think that depends on which interpretation you’re drawing from), rebelled. Much like the garden of Eden, Lucifer, being so curious, questioning, and feeling his devotion over time leaving him because god was angry with him for just enjoying his life, it makes a lot of sense to me, and it makes even more sense that it would happen over the course of millions of years, and that his friendship/relationship with Michael, would be his downfall, ultimately. In the Bible. Michael is described as being as close to God as an angel can get. Which makes the betrayal, that much more heartbreaking. Though I will say, I am very disappointed that Lucifer indulged in those lewd acts with a bunch of angels, with how much he prided himself, I would’ve thought he’d make more of a spectacle with a higher up angel rather than the angel of flight. Probably the only part I didn’t really care for. But besides that, I loved this book, and already purchased the sequel. Can’t wait to listen to the next!
