This was a JOY to listen from first minute to the last. Mals & Hens story moves me to tears every time and the voiceacting was spot on. I don’t usually listen at normal speed but I didn’t want to loose a second of this so I did this time.

Love it!!

This is one of my all time favorite books. It’s a pure comfort read for me, which means it gets read multiple times a month. I love everything about it from all of the Elite 8 cameos to Benji, Henrik, the kittens, and especially Mal himself. The audiobook is just as good with bringing all of the characters to life and making me love the story even more. This book is sweet perfection!

Very enjoyable

This was a solid audiobook. I enjoyed it. I liked the characters and premise of Henrik and Mal and how their relationship grew. Nothing too surprising at all. I wish there been some sort of resolution with male and his mother. Not that they would go off into the sun at all. I would’ve liked him to be able to Tell her exactly what she had done to him and for him to be able to get some peace from that. She was a beast.

This book is one of most re-read books I own so listening to it was awesome. Loved it!

Beautiful story, great narration

I love the journey these two men went through to grow and work through their challenges and Mal’s PTSD and anxiety from traumatic conversion therapy. I became attached to the other characters and looking forward to reading rest of the series

A Favorite

I’ve read this book at least 4 times, and the audio did not disappoint. It’s such a beautiful story and Nick J Russo always does such an amazing job conveying emotion.

Exactly What I Hoped

I loved this story the first time so read and Nick did an amazing job bringing Henrik and Malibu to my ears! Just as good as I remembered and the found family of the Elite boys are always good to visit!

I adore this book. The narration only adds to that love. Malibu is amazing and I love Hen as well. He is perfectly written.
