I have falling in love with cherry Tree harbor

This is the third book so I wanna say this is the third brother. that we have gotten a story for. Obviously you've don't need to read them in order. You don't need to even read the other ones. This story I love. I love her heart and how.
She's so determined to save the ski lodge. And he has some kind of fear. he's a sweetheart. He competitive in nature which is fun.Make for some very cute scenes. There's some really sexy scenes some steamy stuff. This was such a sweet story hard warming. I recommend in fact. I recommend that you listen to the audio. It definitely elevated the story even more. I love CJ Bloom she is so good a banter her delivery is just spot on. Robert is climbing the ladder fast in my book. He's easy to listen to. He's really good at gettig into charcter and keeping you in the book.

Wonderful addition to the series

What could go wrong when you marry a virtual stranger in order to inherit your family ski lodge? Could the make-believe marriage become real? Devlin and Lexi have chemistry from the first time they meet. They each have their reasons for needing to be married. They decide that they could be married with benefits. Will they end up having real feelings? I enjoyed seeing the others from the previous series and books in this series. C.J Bloom and Robert Hatchet brought the book to life for me. I'm looking forward to the next book.

Enjoyable

Narration was great. There were time in the story that I got a little bored. The cousin was annoying. The "twist" was a little too easy in my opinion.

Fave out of the series

Okay so this might be my fave of the Cherry Tree Harbor series. I love Lexi & Devlin from the beginning. Like hello one night stand 🥵 but then Devlin setting out on his revenge tour while simultaneously helping her save the business?? Hell yes. Shotgun wedding in Vegas with one bed?! And then him saying “my wife” and the firefly?! Absolutely loved everything about this book! And once again, she’s picked amazing authors who do an outstanding job!

This is the 3rd installment of the Cherry Tree Harbor series, and they just keep getting better. I want to live in Cherry Tree Harbor. These books are intertwining but can really be read in any order. I just prefer to start at the beginning with any series.

All Lexie had ever wanted was to run her family’s ski lodge. Devlin has always been overachieving and working towards the next goal in business and life, never staying too long. The ski lodge is struggling, and Devlin’s company is working towards the potential sale of the lodge much to Lexie’s dismay.
Circumstances arise and bring Devlin and Lexie to an arrangement to save the lodge. A marriage of convenience with some pretty spicy benefits. This is not a hardship for either to start since their attraction is instant and they soon find out how comfortable they are together. They just enjoy the other’s company. Then to no surprise, both are in denial about their true feelings. These fears and trust issues come from different places for both. This is a low angst, enjoyable read to get to Lexie and Devlin’s HEA. You also get to revisit several characters from the series and Cloverleigh farms. What’s not too like?

Narrated by CJ Bloom (say no more – she’s a one click narrator for me) and Robert Hatchet. They were wonderful in this story. Robert was successful in bringing the full swoon factor for Devlin and CJ Bloom was perfect as Lexie.

Beautiful, Heartfelt and Steamy Romance!

I loved this third book in the Cherry Tree Harbor series and was completely captivated by these amazing characters, and their heartfelt story filled with tender emotion and sizzling passion. Devlin Buckley is all confidence and charm with a huge heart of gold. He is back home to try to broker a deal to buy a failing ski resort. Before his meeting, he meets a beautiful woman at a bar and they have an instant connection, leading to a night of sizzling passion, separating without knowing each others last name. Lexi McIntyre loves her families struggling ski resort, especially the long history and heartwarming memories she carries with her. She wants to convince her grandmother not to sell it, and let her renovate it and bring it back to it's glory. When she goes to the meeting with the potential buyer, Devlin and Lexi are shocked to see each other. Lexi believes she had been played, ending the meeting. Lexi refuses to talk to Devlin again, until he shows up at her door to make things right. When they learn there is a rule that only a married couple can own the deed to the resort, he offers to marry her, with an end date, and help her rebuild the resort. It is a whirlwind Vegas wedding, and their chemistry is fueled by their shared purpose, leading to explosive passion. They can't get enough of each other in-between working together on business plans and finding investors. But the guilt they feel while lying to their families, starts to weigh heavy on them. When their lines become blurred, and their hearts get involved, and with the end looming closer, will they find a way to be together when everything is built on lies? I absolutely loved Devlin and Lexi so much! They seemed like opposites on the outside, but they both feel emotions so deeply as they balance each other out, and their fiery chemistry bind them heart and soul. They were so cute when they called each other 'Wife' or 'Husband', that my insides would squee with joy! I also love a great grand gesture, and this story had one that was so romantic, it really made my heart skip a beat, and the epilogue made me even happier!

Robert Hatchet and CJ Bloom are brilliant as Devlin and Lexi, delivering a performance that was completely addictive. Bloom portrayed the sentimental, emotional and protective Lexi, so beautifully. Hatchet found the perfect balance of a confident charmer who needed to feel vital and appreciated, while opening his heart to family and love. Oh! And add in the way they called each other 'Wife' and 'Husband'... they really made these wonderful characters and heartfelt story come alive! This is a beautifully woven story of love, family, and hope that I absolutely adored and couldn't put down.

This is book 3 of the Cherry Harbor Series but can be read as a standalone. This is a marriage of convenience romance.
It starts out as a one night stand between Lexi and Devlin that ends with a bang!
They never intended to see each other again but Lexi is horrified to find out the next morning that Devlin is the guy her grandma is meeting with about the sale of their family lodge, Snowberry Lodge. She's convinced he knew who she was prior to the meeting. She doesn't trust him but she can't refuse his offer for marriage so that she can keep her family lodge plus help with renovations and in exchange he'll get revenge on his old colleague.
Then six month later they can both go their separate ways...definitely easier said than done!
I love the chemistry between Lexi and Devlin and I absolutely melt every time he refers to her as "My Wife". 🤤 He's so swoon worthy! Loved everything about this book! It's sweet, funny and sexy!! Loved catching up with previous characters and I can wait to get Dash and Ari's story!!
I absolutely loved the narrators!! They did an excellent job bringing this story to life!! Excellent job👏🏼

Lexi will do anything to save her family’s ski resort, so when her grandma reveals that she must be married to inherit the lodge, she teams up with Devlin for a pact that will benefit them both.

I loved the cozy, wintery vibes of this one! Plus Lexi's meddling grandma and Devlin's big family made this story come to life!

If you love small town romance and fake to real love stories look no further than Devlin and Lexi’s journey in Make Believe Match. This book touched me on so many levels, it’s a book with all the feels, wonderful characters that you will fall hard and fast for and I highly recommend it to all romance lovers.
Robert Hatchet and CJ Bloom really brought the characters and their story to life. They drew me in with their wonderful tones and they were spot on with the banter and the emotion.
I was captivated from the first page and there was no putting down until the final word was read and even then I wanted more. A sure sign of a good read is when the story and the characters stay with you long after the final wird is read and that’s exactly what happened with Make Believe Match.

I loved every single minute I spent listening to Make-Believe Match! Devlin and Lexi were such a great match and once they joined forces I was IN! Every time Devlin called Lexi "Wife" I swooned so hard. This story was sweet yet spicy and the cover model is absolute perfection. Love love love this book! Narrators Robert Hatchet and CJ Bloom were just fantastic and gave excellent performances that were just perfection for each character. I listened at my typical speed of 1.3X and found it to be just right.
