I found this book so informative., it’s helped me better understating my own personal issues. I really enjoyed this book and the way the reader presented it! Overall 5

Not Worth Using My Credits

Not what I expected. The reader did not or could not pronounce the names of the herbs., vitamin supplements or hemeopathic remedies properly so it was hard to understand what the doctor was talking about. There was too much advertising and references to other books he wrote, lectures he gave, , his web site in order to get more information on what exactly to use or do. Was really a waste of one of my credits.

The information is interesting but the voice of the narrator is too robotic. I couldn’t listen to the whole book because it was too annoying to listen to that voice. It doesn’t have a PDF which is important to find the names of the supplements that she mentioned.

Consistent referral to future book and website.

Expected to gain information on what foods or supplements are best for a stressed liver ~ no useful information gained. Computer generated reading; several mispronounced words/poor inflection.
