I thoroughly enjoyed this book, in fact, I just finished listening to it and I'm ready to start it again so that I can absorb even more of it. So much of it really hit home for me, and Dr Aziz delivers it in easy to relate to and meaningful ways. If you're like me and searching for the answers to unlock your niceness cage and finally escape from people pleasing behavior, add this to your reading list, you won't regret it.
