eye opening book! must read
we live in a world full of conditioning and where unhealthy self esteem and lifestyle has become a normal. this book reveals ways you can be authentic and be kind to you and others. very well recommended. Life changing!!
Without a doubt this man is the Michael Jordan of building confidence!
In a sea of self help books in my Audible library this one would stand alone, had it not been for his other books! This man is the goose that the golden eggs keep coming out of!
More than a few times in this book I had to stop reading and wonder what my life would have looked like if I had the insight or strategy, I just read, earlier in my life.

Another wonderful book!
Another great game-changing book by Dr. Aziz! I immediately noticed the way that I was talking to myself and certain scenarios. Using some simple techniques from the first couple of chapters I've already seen large improvements in how I fuel myself. This book has been a nice read for me, my wife, and my six children. I'm glad he overcame his negative self-talk and published another great book.

Amazing book, amazing narrator !
I love , love , LOVE this book and its notions are helping me so much in my daily life , so I highly recommend finishing it .
The “trick” ( if you want to call it that ) with this book is that it APPEARS to be your typical and bland content for the first chapter or two , but do not , and I repeat NOT be deceived .
If you can master the art of discipline for 2 chapters only , your mind will be literally begging you not to turn this off .
I hope Dr Aziz writes more books , and I truly would be pouncing on them as quick as a cat on a prey.

This book was a game changer!
I finally realized how mean I was to myself without even questioning why. This book helped me uncover a newfound self love and compassion for myself. It's true, why don't I treat myself the same way I would treat my loved ones? In fact, I wouldn't even treat strangers anywhere near as harshly as I've been to myself and that needed to change.
The parenting support in the appendix was GOLD as well. Highly, highly recommend from a mom and teacher and semi-former self abusive person.
