Terrible voice over
There are times when you cannot understand what he is saying. I heard "High quality meat and b**** make sure you follow these guidelines: b**** wild small b**** where hunters in the saka and the Alaskan santa". I listened to it more than five times and have made a legend. "B****" =Fish, "Alaskan Santa" =Alaskan Salmon, "saka" =??.... wow dude, like put down that bottle..... and dear lord NO ONE wants you to spell out a URL address......

He promotes certain digestive enzymes which I suspect he financially benefits from in some way. He also refers to coconut oil as healthy fats. I'm quite sure that's factually wrong.

I learned a lot about leaky gut. I don't have leaky gut but I have had a lot of friends that have had it. It's a lot of good information to keep in the back burner of the mind so a person knows preventative also caperiod I really enjoy pay all the books from from audibles . I love to listen to the books on audibles while I'm doing chores or while I'm driving. I would never read a book on my own and sit there. I really don't have that kind of time in my life but again audible is amazing
