My 8 year old son listened to this before bed, and found it really calming. He has trouble relaxing and living in the moment sometimes, but stayed still in bed for this. Part of it is like guided meditation, and a lot of it is about loving yourself and how it's okay to feel your feelings and whatnot. Also the narrator speaks in a very clear, friendly voice.
