Another Diet?


The book has fast prep meals which is great for people on the go.

Overall, this was a good book with a good variety of recipes.

Kip Ferguson did well with the narration.

Simple & easy to follow

I gave this as a gift to my friend, Christopher G. He was recently diagnosed with obesity & I thought hey, why not listen to it as well. So far, I am very much so impressed with the diet programs in this audio book. Kip Ferguson is a great narrator & the author really made this book as simple & easy to follow as ever unlike other books out there.
