Awful Narrator

On a very positive note, I've looked a number of places for simple, straightforward info on the keto diet and how to get started. I've often found myself confused and overwhelmed. That was not the case with this book. This is a great source on what the keto diet is, the benefits, and how to get started. I could easily start prepping now. I only say prepping instead of get started, because the book recommends prepping as a way to keep the keto flu at bay.

On the other hand, this was the worst narrator I have ever heard on an audiobook. They must not have edited the audiobook, because she had trouble pronouncing the words "isn't," "scale," "weight," and other simple words. She even repeated one phrase three times. There were also many awkward pauses and stutters in the book. This is easily a 5 star book with any other narrator. This book was given to me for free at my request, and I provided this voluntary review.

This was a very detailed diet book. I am very pleased with the amount of healthy and diet recipes within this cook book. the author included so much delicious, healthy Recipes in this book and great thing is that these recipes are very easy to apply. i used some of these recipes they were good. in one word it was splendid for me

Best guide for beginners

This is a wonderful book guide to diet planners. I like the way this is well described and the details that the author provides in it are easy to understand. I absolutely love this and would highly recommend this book
