I was truly enthralled with this book from beginning to end! The author's extreme attention to detail paints a picture for the listener/reader which can do nothing except place you back in time, right there with Queen Katherin.

Perfect Background on the True Queen of England

For every Tutor enthusiast, this book is a must! I never knew much of the background of Katherine of Aragon Nd after listening to this book it is apparent why she was the beloved queen. I can not wait to read the others in this series!

Beautiful and excellent writing. Narration was amazing!! Highly recommended. A history lesson as well. I am a huge Phillipa Gregory fan and this book and author are equal. You won't go wrong purchasing this book.

it really brought to life the story and passions behind Kathryn of Aragon, the narrator was flawless. its a long book but I loved every minute of it

Wonderful book.

Book goes into great detail from the time she was young onward to marriage and demise. Narrator was good but
had to give 3 stars because she speaks too low. No matter which book i listened to before this i have to turn volume
wayyyy up. If you are interested in the Tudors or the wives get this. Im going on to read the books of the other 7 wives who
married the mistake named HENRY.

Great reader...thought provoking

I've read many books about Henry Tudor. Not to give much away but as I was listening to this book I wondered if Katherine was as naive as she's portrayed here with her love of Henry. I also wonder what he's think of his actions in the dark of night when there's nothing but silence and thoughts. Fantastic reader. The book was good and enjoyable. Nothing deep but just another perspective.

Fascinating

I loved this book and plan on reading all of Alison Weir's books, being fascinated by the Tudor dynasty.

A good listen.

I enjoyed the story. It tracks true to the actual historical events. The reader does a great job. She is pleasant to listen to.

I'm thankful I live in a different era. Women have value far beyond childbearing or -if a royal - political gain..
