Learning about autophagy

Functional tricks

The 12 tricks of intermittent fasting to make it work was a super interesting topic for me. I put them into practice and in a short time I realized that I was succeeding in this process. I thank my dear granddaughter for motivating me to buy the audiobook, it was a decision that changed my life.

Extraordinary advice

I loved it

Great job

At our age, the metabolism slows down and it becomes increasingly difficult to lose weight. The inevitable hormonal changes make women more susceptible to a wide variety of medical problems. With this audiobook, I found a way to prevent all of that: reset my metabolism, increase my vital energy, and detoxify my body. I did all of that thanks to intermittent fasting.

Very interesting methods
