Much needed book!

So many of the diet books focus on the "feast" part, but this is one of the few books that explains the much needed "fasting" part. Just like you clean-up your house regularly to remove trash and prepare for new items, the body also needs regular periods of cleaning.

Best Book for Weight Loss & Type 2 Diabetes

This book is loaded with very valuable information for anyone with insulin resistance, Type 2 Diabetes or just overweight. Author is a nephrologist in Toronto, Ontario, Canada who has seen hundreds of Type 2 Diabetic patients coming into his office with renal (kidney) problems due to their diabetes. He has very successfully used fasting to cure these patients of their Type 2 Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Obesity, Brain fog and numerous other health problems.

Intermittent Fasting

Intermittent Fasting to Rapidly Lose Weight, Burn Fat, and Heal Your Body” is a book you should listen to if you are interested in learning more about how you can improve your health, lose weight, boost your self-esteem and, in essence, become the best version of yourself. I listen to several medical papers and found this book a great summary of the basics. Nice and easy listen to get started quickly with good recipes.

Absolutely Essential Guide For Optimum Health!

I have been recommending both "The Obesity Code" and "The Complete Guide to Fasting" to everyone and anyone who shows a smidgen of interest in how to get control of their weight or type-2 diabetes symptoms. I tell people, if you could only read two books, these two are the keys that unlock the mystery to weight loss and optimum health.

This is an interesting weight loss book.

This is an interesting weight loss book. There are many diet books out there, but I found this one full of useful information. I learn here that Intermittent Fasting is the act of booking suppers all together for my body to benefit from them. This book gave a review of the various kinds of irregular fasting and which type may be useful for which people. By and large, some great tips to use to help improve my weight reduction results.

Great information.

Intermittent post 16: 8 is the most suitable for me from all types of post. This type of food is the most acceptable for my body. Among the advantages of this book are recommendations for proper nutrition, proper calculation of calories, weight loss, a two-week meal plan with healthy balanced recipes. I liked the recommendations for intermittent fasting and I am ready to start a two-week nutrition program today.

Really helpful and clear.

This book was extremely useful in seeing how fasting really functions. This book giving loads of valuable data about irregular fasting for ladies. There are so many fantastic recipes in this book that I had to buy my own copy. I love the way that there are helpful comments throughout the book. This collection has helped me use my slow cooker to its potential instead of just for stews.

Change your life and your health!
