Good health

I've found that IF works great for me. I've lost 30+ lbs and have felt great all along. I think this is a good all-around type book. I really. Enjoyed reading this book and learned a lot. It's worth reading for anyone who is interested in learning or starting this diet/program.

Good advice.

I really appreciated how easy to read it was even though there were a lot of medical terms. Good book. Lots of pertinent info, not a lot of filler like most of these type of books.

IF is Awesome

It is the easiest program I have ever followed. This book provided a lot of the information I had been missing. I definitely recommended IF and keto, and this book as a guide. I am definitely sticking to this eating pattern. Also, please let me know when are releasing your next book on HIIT.

Loved this book.

I’ve already been IF since the beginning of the year and seeing a breakthrough in my health after many years. This book gives lots of scientific evidence for doing so along with advice on how to get started. If you want to jumpstart your health this is a must read.

fact-based findings.

Ted Duncan has done an absolutely excellent job noting all the scientific studies and listing the many health benefits besides weight loss. Not only that the book is very easy reading. Although he lists and explains the scientific side of it, it's done in a way that is easy to read and understand. I would give it 6 stars if I could!

My goals were to lose the visceral fat around my waist, feel good and all while maintaining a healthy lifestyle. There are way too many benefits to list. Must read and implement. Ted Duncan has changed my life and finally has provided something that makes sense and works.

I enjoy all

This book is an amazing wealth of knowledge. I am someone who never thought they could fast, only to find out it is not hard at all, and all the health benefits are the reward. Do your body and mind a favor and get started on a healthy journey. Starting with this, I have now gone further to switch to a whole food plant-based diet. It just takes the first step in the right direction.
