its very soothing to listen to each book and its narratilors. There's no favorite part because the entire book, new and old testament are powerful.

I really enjoyed listening to the Bible with so many different voices. I also loved the spontaneous worship of the Lord in some sections.

I marked the performance down with 1 star because with the Epistles of Paul the background noises distracted me from the Word!

Something weird happened in 2nd Corinthians though. Two songs got somehow inserted in to the audio. I think they were gospel songs but otherwise they didn't fit. Maybe the editors got tired that far in & hit a wrong button!

The narration is spot on! Read with a narration and character tone. Very soothing and no fake "over acting". This one is not dull and monotone.
I appreciate that there are no over the top distracting sound effects.
Exactly what I was looking for. Narrator style reading, mild sound effects that go along with narrator but not loud and over powering the text.
For me it gives a different perspective of reading the word.

This is more like a movie instead of a audiobook with over 100 narrators and excellent sound effects. The most outstanding narrators are for the old testament, along with the voice of Father God and especially the voice of Jesus Christ in the New testament. I listen to it waking and sleeping.
