The reader has a great voice for reading the scriptures. Very relaxed yet engaging. This is also a great translation for everyone.

We loved hearing God's word read to us with such a beautiful voice. Very calming. It's definitely our favorite when we can't sleep. We've had many a night where one or both of us ask to listen to "the Bible lady". Definitely recommend.

Kristyn made listening near unbearable, she has no enthusiasm or tries to capture the emotions of the characters or senecios in the book. It sounds like a listening to a robot with no emotion. Regardless, it's nice hearing the word of God.

It is wonderful, I got through all of Genesis while working, her voice is so nice. Glad I bought it. I slowed it down to .09 because it helped me pay more attention, very pleasant. Looking forward to other chapters, I felt peace.

This has got to be one of the most beautifully recorded audio Bibles every produced! Kristyn Getty has a beautiful voice for this. I've usually always preferred hearing the Bible read with a male voice, but this is very well done.

And... it's usable! There is a HUGE table of contents and you can select individual chapters to listen to. I was a little fearful that it might only be broken down by book. Nope. Chapters. It is a lot to scroll through, though!

I primarily listen to this while going to sleep. I'll open up a book of the Bible, set the sleep timer for 30 minutes. Very relaxing.
