wonderful voice

I thoroughly enjoyed this presentation of the Scriptures! The inflections, tone, pitch, and care for how the stories were being told was more than I could ask for. It’s literally like you’re sitting under the elders of old and they are reader the Holy Writ! I’d listen to him reading in every version!

Extremely Well Read!!!!!

I use audio bibles to play in the background while I’m working. Robert Smith, the gentleman who read this audio bible, read it so well that I ended up paying more attention to him than to my work. He made it interesting like he was telling a great story. Makes me want to listen to more. Well done Mr. Smith!

Pronunciations are not correct

I found the reader’s tone, inflection and rhythm ideal. His annunciation on some words and names was unusual to wrong. This made listening very difficult. Following along and maintaining continuity from my own Bible reading and listening to this audio became extremely challenging. Examples: “Tithe” becomes “tith•ee.” “Boundary” becomes “boun•dare•ee.” I won’t attempt to parse names.
