wonderful book!

the reader needs to learn the correct pronunciation of words.
Each story was written beautifully.

Must have collection of Christian Novels

I really loved and enjoyed different books by Francine Rivers which includes a Voice in the Wind, an Echo in the Darkness and As Sure as the Dawn. I started listening to audio books about 6 years ago and thought that these books from Francine Rivers was among the best. In the Linage of Grace Series, I thought the narrator in this series did an exceptionally good job by bringing the characters to life and made the listening of the book easy to understand. I am thankful to God that I came across many of these audio books which give different perspectives on the Biblical characters.

I loved this! it really helped me to dig deep in my Bible reading. it helped me to imagine these women's lives.

the narrator pronounced some words uniquely, for example "sen" instead of "sin" or "wrild" instead of "world ", but overall it was great.

very good reading and story was very close to Bible reading. Made understanding the Bible better the was it was written.

The life and times of Biblical women in the lineage of Jesus Christ

Loved the story line of each biblical women in the book. A different perspective that gave you a plausible idea of how each women lived during their time in history. As a woman I was intrigued with the cultural challenges each women faced and it made me realize I am blessed in many ways but made me realize that in some ways the simplicity of life and the true beauty of a woman’s role in the culture where I live in America has been lost. Yes life was hard in the biblical times but in an odd kind of way life in America is harder for a woman and the honor placed back then compared to now is definitely not the same as it was before. In any event great book! Another Francine Rivers treasure!

Gifted writer!

Narration was soothing, but she did repeat herself at times. Overall I really enjoyed it.

Great stories

These are great fictional stories based on Bible characters. They are riveting. The narration was just ok. Lots of mispronounced words. Not Bible words just ordinary ones. I still loved the experience of having heard these stories.

Reader

The reader has a good voice but her mispronunciation of words was extremely frustrating. Through all the chapters she consistently did not know the correct pronunciation of words.
