Would you listen to In the Middle of Somewhere again? Why?

Yes. Narration was good and the story was just very well written. The inside thoughts of Daniel are amusing!

This is one of my very favorite books.

What made the experience of listening to In the Middle of Somewhere the most enjoyable?

I fell in love with these beautiful characters. The story was told so well. These two characters belonged together from the start. Their chemistry was off the charts and so was the sex. I thought I was going to die when Rex just wanted to stay inside Daniel. It was so hot. I bought the book first and when it became available as an audio book I had to have it. It was amazing and I fell in love all over again.

What other book might you compare In the Middle of Somewhere to and why?

I could read about Rex and Daniel all day. I want more of their story. I cried when I finished it because I knew I was going to miss these two very much.

What does Robert Nieman bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

He writes very indepth characters. We know exactely what each is thinking and feeling. His use of humor makes it that much more endearing.

Who was the most memorable character of In the Middle of Somewhere and why?

He did an awesome job. I guess in my head I thought Rex's voice would sound deeper. But it was all good.

Please can we have another book on these two? I loved this book so much...thank you!!!

Love love this story

This book made me want to go out and find my self a Rex, I really hope there is a part 2 to this book as I was not really loving the way it ended but overall just an amazing book. It made feel like I want to go out there and fall in love and start a life with someone. A bit repetitive at times when you listen you see what I mean. 'good he smells so god' but simple stunning.

A Worthwhile Read

It’s refreshing to experience more same-sex romances and wholesome endings. The intimacy is detailed and never rushed. There’s a few too many physical fight scenes that make me picture this storyline occurring back in the 70s or 80s, but overall the story is endearing and probably relatable in some aspect to many listeners. The second half, in my opinion, is what makes this book worth listening to again someday.

I read this as an ebook, and then turned right around and listened to it too because I just loved it so much. The narrator has such a sweet voice, it's perfect for Daniel. This story is so beautiful. i will be returning to it often.

Great story with compelling characters. Narration was perfect. I especially enjoy that he did not try to do voices for each character.

Hot, Romantic, and Sweet

I'm going to be real here, the Sex scenes are very good and there are definitely enough. The story is short and sweet.

lackluster narrator

I felt like I was at an author signing and he's reading a snippet of the book, except it was the whole book. The story itself was great and I enjoyed it, even though it felt like I was hearing it at amateur hour at the library. I think it would have been loads better if I'd read it.
